Complete with a compact and easy-to-operate wide handle ratchet, two twisted snap hooks, and a 2-inch delta ring. The D-ring is fully adjustable and works alongside a 2-inch x 1-inch adjusting ring to move the delta ring to the desired location on the strap. To further protect the axle strap tieback area, a sleeve is used to protect the strap from wear and tear.
