4-pack 2" x 12' Black E-track tire block car tie down kit. Kit is designed with E-track fittings for use with E-track systems. The wheel strap has an E-track redirect idler that allows the webbing to flow through while tightening the strap. Comes with 3 floating studded rubber cleats (both sides of cleat are studded) that lock into the tire tread to keep the strap from moving side to side and a secure fit. Features a 12' long strap with a wide handled ratchet with e-track fittings on both ends. Comes with storage bag.
Great for low clearance vehicle applications and super easy to use.
