Trailer Purchases
You may reserve an in-stock trailer online at its listed price — no payment is collected through this website. Payment is completed in person at pickup at our Tacoma or Chehalis locations. An online reservation may be cancelled at any time before pickup at no charge. Returns, cancellations, and deposit refunds on completed trailer purchases (including special orders) are handled on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact the store where you bought your trailer as soon as possible and we will work with you directly.
Parts Purchases
All parts sales are final.
Manufacturer Warranties
New trailers are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you with warranty questions or claims — bring your paperwork to either location or give us a call.
