Trailer Purchases
You may purchase an in-stock trailer online at its listed price with a $100 card deposit, or place the order and pay in full at pickup. The balance is paid in person at pickup at our Tacoma or Chehalis locations. An online order may be cancelled at any time before pickup at no charge, and the $100 deposit is refunded in full to the original card. Returns, cancellations, and deposit refunds on completed trailer purchases (including special orders) are handled on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact the store where you bought your trailer as soon as possible and we will work with you directly.
Parts Purchases
All parts sales are final.
Manufacturer Warranties
New trailers are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you with warranty questions or claims — bring your paperwork to either location or give us a call.
