Trailer Purchases
All trailer sales are completed in person at our Tacoma or Chehalis locations — no purchases or payments are made through this website. Returns, cancellations, and deposit refunds on trailer purchases (including special orders) are handled on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact the store where you bought your trailer as soon as possible and we will work with you directly.
Parts Purchases
All parts sales are final.
Manufacturer Warranties
New trailers are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you with warranty questions or claims — bring your paperwork to either location or give us a call.
